AirBnB in Las Vegas

During a casual conversation with another agent, I learned that she is selling half-million dollar homes to millennial’s with the sole purpose of renting the homes through AirBnB.

Naturally, folks are going nuts.

Clark County (which includes The Strip) has popped a clot, as this practice is illegal in the county ($1000 fine).  Las Vegas and Henderson are looking into the matter, and North Las Vegas claims they don’t have a problem – yet.

This will be interesting to watch as the parties roar on and residents groan louder.
