Our Responsibilities and Yours

Our lease agreement states that minor repairs less than $100 shall be paid by the tenant.  Minor repairs includes, but is not limited to: replacing light bulbs, replacing furnace filters, unjamming a garbage disposal, unclogging toilets, and minor irrigation leaks.

You will be expected to pay for minor repairs whether you do the repair yourself or use a contractor/handyman.

You will be expected to pay for service call fees under $100 including Home Warranty service call fees.

In other words, at some point your assistance toward maintaining the property is expected.

Please notify your property manager for issues involving HVAC systems, water leaks (inside and out), and appliance malfunctions.
